As a fast growing company, we are looking for all coffee enthusiast with good attitude and interpersonal skill to join our dynamic team as Part Time/Full Time Barista.
Qualifications: * Male/Female maximum age 25 years old.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Fluency in English (Reading and Writing).
- Minimum High School graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience as barista/bartender will be beneficial.
- Possess knowledge of coffee grinding, brewing and latte art technique.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for a long period of time is necessary.
- Flexibility to work in extended hours whenever required.
- Assisting customers by giving them adequate information about their drink preferences.
- Prepares and sells coffee based drinks and other beverages available in the menu based on prescription and guidelines set out by the company's S.O.P
- Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.

In 2018 we are expanding our own brand “the dorcas – Gelateria and Coffee” and we have just opened our flagship store in AEON Mall Jakarta Garden City.
