As an Assistant F&B Service Manager (Bar & Grill) we rely on you to
- Ensures the smooth running of the daily operation & Good Outlets Vibes
- High compliance in Shangri-La Food Safety (Hygiene) standards
- Has Strong Driive to achieve target & Good problem Solver
- Calm, able to handle Crisis Situation and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong control on the alcohol beverage selling & storing
- Maintains a high performing restaurant, Update on the market Trend
- Self Integrity, Interpersonal Relationship and Good Leadership Skill
- Has a passion for F&B
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English and local language
- Willing to work on shifts
- Must have experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
- Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
- Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
- Enjoys being challenged, Out of the box / creative conceptor & update with the market trends
- Engages in meaningful conversation with guests to deliver the best colorful joy of life experience
- Independent & self-initiative, able to lead the team to optimize business revenues
