- Responsible for end-to-end management, and execution of campaign/ feature initiatives to drive new buyer acquisition and order conversions via campaign/marketing features
- Responsible for project/task initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation
- Regularly review and analyse key performance metrics to drive new buyer acquisition and order conversions leveraging marketing features
- Execute experiment (A/B testing)
- Collaborate with various functional teams to drive new users growth, monthly transacting users, and feature adoption
- Report business progress with quantitative data regularly
- Experience in Marketing related experience with minimum 5 years
- Strong knowledge and experience in Digital marketing, channel marketing, social media, email marketing, owned media and PR
- Strong project / campaign management, organized and attention to detail
- Love to crunch numbers, translate them to actionable insights
- Proficiency in using Google sheet/slide/doc
- Experienced in tech/ecommerce/research industry is a plus
