Laku6 is the leading AI-first end-to-end electronics recommerce platform in Indonesia where our technology has helped over 500,000 users sell their gadgets directly for cash or via Trade-In with leading eCommerce Partners and in over 1,000 offline retail shops. Job Description

The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy, encompassing both customer acquisition and retention marketing. You will help build and drive efficiency and effectiveness of the customer funnel by setting the roadmap and through constant testing. This will require you to collaborate cross-functionally with Business Growth/Owner, Product, and Creative Teams to identify and execute on opportunities to drive growth. This role will report to the Chief of Commercial and VP of Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategy, vision, roadmap planning and execution for Laku6’s growth marketing and digital marketing efforts that align with business objectives & priorities.

Set clear measurable goals for your team members and leaders; inspire and enable them to deliver their best and achieve their true potential.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Own management and results of ad channels post-launch, including budgeting, reporting, and efficiency optimization.

Collaborate with functional partners to forecast and plan company revenue growth.

Monitoring and evaluating digital marketing results and ensuring the marketing campaign achieves the target.

Hire, manage, and develop a team of driven, highly engaged individuals to manage marketing channels.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience as Growth/Digital Marketing Head

Proven experience in eCommerce, with a deep focus on performance-based growth marketing.

Experience working across the full DTC marketing funnel (customer acquisition, conversion and engagement) and across the marketing mix (including online and offline channels).

A background in owning and managing a budget, forecasting, and delivering on monthly goals of spend, CPA, ROAS, Retention and LTV.

Both a strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into strong marketing strategies, and a highly organized “doer,” with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action.

Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent and clearly communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders in a way they will understand.

Advanced communication skills: strong presentation, verbal and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Experience in project management - lead and collaborate with cross functional teams, prioritize high impact activities, and keep important projects moving forward.

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.

Experience in building, leading, and managing a team of direct reports.

Experience in a growth-stage company is highly preferred.
