Job Description
- Provide technical advice to the sales team to develop, sell, and successfully implement product or service solutions that will meet customer's needs.
- Pre-sales activities include analyzing customer's technical needs and suggesting solutions.
- Post-sales activities include resolving implementation problems and conducting user training.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and respond to more complex technical questions regarding the organization's product, system or service.
- Develop and deliver training to educate customers on the features of the product or service they have purchased.
- Able to work independently in most cases, with limited supervision required for new or complex situations; is aware of the dependencies of own work area with others in the organization
- At least a bachelor degree in a relevant field, preferably from Engineering (Mechatronic/Electrical)
- Minimum 3 years of experience for industry, specialized in service and application engineering in Factory Automation, Electrical Drives & Controls (motion controls, servo drives, converters, PLCs, CNCs, etc.)
- Have a good experience on the Machinery, process automation and/or Instrumentation and installation, FAT, SAT, and commissioning.
- Experience in IoT industrial applications is a plus.
- Excellent communicaion skills in Bahasa and English is a must.
- Strong personality, self-driven and with entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
