- In charge of managing and supervising production plan in compliance with the quality and time set
- Provide technical advice and training to the production staff
- Perform analysis to the occurring problems that is related to process and production tools
- Responsible and control effective material usage and waste level
- Ensure that the team could commit to 'First Time Right' mindset to ensure customer satisfaction and reducing rework
- Ensure production effectiveness by ensuring good labor management, and compliant of the OEE level, and have the line running as per the standardized speed
- Be a part of Continuous Improvement activities
- Ensuring production to be compliant to the forecast made, and HSE regulations, and quality set
- Coordinate with other teams ie material planning, logistics, quality, R&D and other teams
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial field)
- Has up to 10 years of experience in production or manufacturing area
- Strong background in cables, and well-versed in handling issues in shop floors
- Experienced with the make-to-order production processes
- Strong leadership experience
- Experienced with labour issues
