We are now seeking a position as a Construction Manager who will be responsible for construction management, civil and MEP, for mining project at Bahudopi - Sulawesi.
Key responsibilities as below :
- Implementation of HSE standards and procedures at the Project Owner
- Coordinate the implementation of civil and MEP construction work for supporting facilities and other buildings according to procedures that have been approved by or on the basis of orders from customers/sponsors.
- Ensuring that the CSMS program runs and is coordinated in the field for all employees
- As a team with the related Project Manager to make reports on work results with reference to predetermined SOPs.
- Ensuring the implementation of work complies with the provisions regarding the specified requirements
- Create and document work reports on time in accordance with the contract agreement.
- Make periodic reports in the field of duty
- Identify training needs for workers.
- Ensure all tools and facilities are safe to use and well maintained.
- Ensure that all vehicles used for the project have a CT sticker.
- Affirm the importance of correct and safe work practices at all times.
- Involve in the identification process and preparation of safe work procedures.
- Supervise adherence to safe working methods.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.
- Responsible for managing the area occupied by the contractor as a workshop within the project owner's area
- Perform estimation management and project completion scheduling for ongoing projects.
- Attend all tender meetings (auctions) and tender documents (auctions) including cost estimates for projects that are being tendered.
- Possess experiences minimum 10+ project handling with value project above IDR 1 billion as project manager and/or construction manager in mining.
- Certified POP and PMP are require.
- Proven experience managing all estimation cost, budgeting in civil, mechanical, electrical plumbing in mining.
- Project based with roster system, willing be placed at Bahodopi - Sulawesi
