A market-leading fishery production company is recruiting for a Senior Engineering Manager job in Indonesia to join their team. In this Senior Engineering Manager job, you will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of growth.
About the Senior Engineering Manager Role:
As part of the Engineering Team, you will be involved in initiatives to achieve the alignment of quality strategy with procurement and operations by engaging with suppliers and external manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the preventive maintenance programme is performing in accordance to the applicable programme and required target
- Ensure and monitor the corrective maintenance of electrical/mechanical machine run properly
- Ensure the availability of machine/tolls spare part in accordance to the needs in order to prevent the machine breakdown. Review the preventive maintenance program and implementation
- Ensure the CAPA implementation at Engineering Department is perform in accordance to
To succeed in this Senior Engineering Manager role, you will need the ability to articulate strategy and manage team, you will take the lead for the engineering management of the production process.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Education: bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Experience: minimum of eight years in engineering and projects particularly in the frozen industry and food processing
- Experienced in leading and managing global project requirement, cross-collaboration project/ activities among the functions and countries starting from design stage up to implementation including CAPEX project document creation as well as driving engineering process excellence
- Strong skill set on leadership, communication, interpersonal; team player; highly motivated; well organised; fluent in English and able to meet tight schedules
- Obtained the following Certifications: TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance), SKTK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Tenaga Teknik Listrik), Continuous Improvement system, PLC and any other electronic/autonomous/ instrumentation system
