Specific qualifications for the role include:
- Leverage your existing customer network to pitch and close innovative customer solutions from Supermom’s array of products for insights, brand building, content marketing, and demand generation
- Thorough understanding of digital media and content marketing landscape including video, mobile, social, display, programmatic and experiential
- Proven sales track record in selling digital and custom content
- Results-oriented and self-driven
- Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative integrated solutions
- Able to lead a team of sales persons to achieve sales targets and 2x deal sizes
- At least 5+ years of sales experience
- Proven track record in identifying new and innovative opportunities and closing deals with a solution-based approach for clients, agencies and partners
- Strong understanding of digital advertising is a bonus
- Have exceptional communication skills and an ability to build excellent rapport with strategic decisions makers
- Good understanding of how to run and measure performance with relevant KPIs
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with using CRM platform such as Salesforce or Infusionsoft is a bonus
