Responsibilities:
- Design and implement appropriate development and training programs to increase the level of improving hard skills and soft skills
- Support the talent management program for the Technology & Operations Department as an effort to develop and retain staff.
- Design and implement communication programs to build openness and alignment of information
- Design and implement a cultural internalization program to increase T&O staff engagement
- Monitor and record all activities related to staff development and training and update related parties.
- - Minimum 2 years working experience
- - University Graduate from any discipline
- - Good interpersonal and communication skills and high initiative
- - Able to work as a team
