Support Account Manager with experience and knowledge of CRO, merchandising, pricing and competitor analysis. Provide analysis and report data for improvements. Reporting to Ecommerce Manager.
- Make suggestions and recommendations to improve CRO
- Analyse data to make improvements in visual merchandising
- Conduct pricing analysis for like for like products / services
- Regularly monitor and record competitor activity
- Strong sense of responsibility, patience, oriented and have understanding of e-commerce
- Familiar with office software - Google Business Suite, Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Contribute to client reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- 1-2 years experiences in Merchandising, but open for fresh graduate with internship experiences
- Strong interest in eCommerce and digital marketing
- Fluent reading / writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in data analytics
- Experience in consulting/securities firm or e-commerce operation
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills to identify risks
