About the role
In this role, you will:
To assist Superintendent HR and Supervisor HR to plan, lead, organize and control the recruitment * Ensure HRIS data and site payroll obtain all relevant records/information
- Assist site recruitment staff and non-staff, including posting vacancies and fielding employee questions
- Assist Superintendent HR with managing time frame of recruitment process
- Keeping abreast of employee - Industrial Laws, Legislation, Rules, Regulations and case decisions
- Minimum Diploma Degree with 3 years experience in HR field preferably from mining industry.
- Experience in dealing with Manpower Department
- Good computer system knowledge (MS Office)
- Good communication in English (written and verbal)
