Key job responsibilities include:
- Direct reporting to the HR Manager
- Implement the delivery of a Hiring Manager focused, cost effective and timely recruitment service by utilizing a quality systems approach to recruitment and selection
- Conduct interviews, tests, rank and reference checks when required and select candidates and provide feedback based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and relevant recruitment policies
- Provide support to the hiring managers during the recruitment process and be a point of contact for recruitment queries
- Prepare job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance to recruitment standards and processes
- Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies and manage these stakeholders according to relevant processes throughout the duration of the recruitment process
- Manage the flow of communication between new/potential recruits and the relevant contacts within the organization
- Contribute to cost effective recruitment by adopting and recommending practices which minimize expenditure for the client without compromising results and allow continuous monitoring of cost
- Manage and optimize recruitment sources including vendors, alumni, employee referral, career fairs as well as industry events to ensure an available pool of suitable candidates
- For relevant projects, work closely with Project Managers to manage project demobilization and transfer of internal candidates
- When required prepare and provide reports, makes presentations, and conduct independent research and analyses on matters relating to assigned areas of responsibility
- Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources
- Proven experience of minimum 10 years on includes relevant recruitment and/or HR experience, working for or with an international corporation
- Strong recruitment from mining background
- Previous experience in the relevant discipline, ideally in the similar industry.
- Transparency and ethics traits of personality
- Strong ability for teamwork
- Strong communication skills
- Indonesian native speaker / Good level of English (oral and written)
