- Lead Distributor in terms of POS acquisition to grow the business in the assigned territory
- Develop field forces for excellence execution in the field covering sales and merchandising
- Co-joint with Distributor to develop the annual business plan and quarterly business review
- Ensure Distributor to have enough inventory to avoid out of stock in the planning stage
- Identify the business opportunity to capture the arise opportunity

This position will be reporting to Commercial head and meet this requirements:
- Indonesian Talent with at least 10 years working experience in FMCG/ Tobacco
- Possess Degree / Professional qualification in Business Studies, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Proficient in both English, Bahasa and local dialect
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who takes ownership to drive result
