Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible of the Sales and Distribution strategy across Indonesia
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly sales results and forecasts
- Analyse the previous results, propose changes to the top management and implement improvement
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Understand and evaluate customers’ requirements and ensure products and services are delivered in a timely manner
- Continuously update in-depth market knowledge, trends, and insights within the industry
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from reputable university.
- Minimum 10+ years Sales & Distribution experience in FMCG
- Proven management experience as a National Sales Manager, NKAM, Route to Market or similar senior sales role.
- Willing to travel frequently to various locations among the responsibility’s region.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
- Commercially driven with a strong determination to win every deal
- Dynamic, strong leadership skills with sharp business acumen and capability of new business development (hunter mindset).
