Act as Personal Assistant to General Manager and provide secretarial and organization support to General Manager.
Performance Management
- Handle confidential correspondence for General Manager
- Typing, filing and recording documents/letters
- Responsible for travel arrangements of General Manager and including travel plans/records and organizing the related expense accounts
- Monitor General Manager email communications
- Prepare PowerPoint presentation material for General Manager as required
- Organize internal and external meeting as required
- Organize other activities as required
- Coordinate General Manager’s activities, deadlines and appointments
- Handle professional expenses of General Manager
- Directly and indirectly handle immigration and work permit requirements of General Manager
- Take minutes of meeting during LT meetings
- Facilitate the workflow and order in the office, provide advanced administrative support, which can include a wide range of administrative and ancillary responsibilities, including project coordination
- Managing outsource employees such as receptionist, office boy, messenger
- Order office supplies in a timely manner. Monitor office equipment and arrange timely repairs
- Control and maintain office space. Assist office staff in performing various tasks as needed
- Understand all relevant rules, regulation, and procedures related to complianc
- Demonstrate ethical and compliant behavior in all activities
- Speak up to line manager, ILT member, HR, compliance officer/manager or global speak-up line when a potential breach is suspected or detected
