- Drive business growth of cross-border payment business by acquiring more mobile payment partners (e-wallets, BNPL and digital banks) to onboard
- Drive more transaction volume through proposing and driving implementation of complementary products to mobile payment partners
- Be the Subject-Matter Expert for the business in Indonesia
- Assist country manager in managing country P&L with key emphasis on issuing ("No. of User Covered, and Annual No. of User Transacting"), acquiring ('No. of Active Merchant Annually '), overall GMV, and pricing strategy locally
- Strong abilities to do cross function coordination with HQ and regional header quarters
- Build and empower local talent
- 8+ years of relevant experiences with deep understanding on card scheme, mobile payment, FinTech industry or financial services including Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)
- Has experiences in managing the whole P&L and worked in internet startup environment
- Comfortable to start as Individual Contributor
- Has quantitative skill sets and strategic thinking
- Able to represent the company in strategic meetings
- Deep connections into local banking, FinTech industry, and regulatory communities is a PLUS
- Proficient in English
