- Manage all activities related to construction works such as site infrastructure, earthwork, temporary facilities, civil work, etc. from beginning to the end including planning, execution, completion, and delivery
- In charge of overall planning and development of all roads and infrastructure in the plantation taking into account the topography, terrain, water flow, and contours
- Review current specifications. materials, and standards used for road and infrastructure in civil engineering, and revise them as necessary to ensure a quality and sustainable infrastructure
- Develop & Implement systems to evaluate the quality of works, measure completed projects, and certify their completion
- Carry out training and development for the team, structure training programs, provide on-the-job training, and training on engineering design and considerations
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Management of Infrastructure Construction Projects,with experience in plantation industry
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical knowledge in design and construction methods
- Have an excellent understanding in plantation business process and risk management
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to be placed in West Kalimantan
