Job Responsibilities
- Checking the purchase of production needs and product trading as well as Out Standing orders for goods so that every purchase of goods ordered arrives on time
- Monitor purchases outside of routine needs (special orders & projects) so that there are no mistakes in purchases and the goods arrive on time
- Increase cooperation and improve vendor performance so that they can follow the standards set by the company
- Monitor the realization of purchases against a predetermined budget
- Can carry out and increase cost-down according to the target set by the company
- Checking and monitoring the manufacture of goods in the sub-contractor company so that it is in accordance with the standards and targets that have been set by the company
- Another task as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Minimum of 3 years working experience in the same field
・Able to work under pressure, honest, hard worker and willing to learn
・Have good negotiation skills
・Able to speak English well
・Able to use MS Office, Microsoft Excel (understand functions/formulas) preferred
・Have SIM C and A
