Responsibilities
- Train, supervise and support receptionists and receptionist supervisors
- Support Manager on Duty for guest requests
- Schedule shifts
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Handle complaints and specific customers' requests
- Ensure proper mail distribution
- Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
- Minimum 5 years experience in Reception or 2 years experience as Manager on Duty or Front desk Manager
- Experience in operating OPERA system.
- Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable.
