- Knowledgeable about recruitment and talent management, especially within region capability
- Having a strategic mindset while will still be doing operational HR matter, such as administration and industrial relations
- Managing relationships with labor union, local government, and overall staff to ensure highest productivity in the business process
- Reporting to senior management and head office on operational matter
Candidate must possess:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, Master's degree is an added value
- Minimum of 5 years within HR operational matter
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a huge advantage
- Previous experience in handling recruitment, L&D, and industrial relations
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Candidate will be working in a local conglomerate group
