- Consult and assist clients based on any associated business requirements
- Ensure outstanding satisfaction by maintaining a strong working relationship
- Preparing applications for clients and submitting the application of the client's legal documents to government institutions
- Follow-up documents to the clients
- Follow-up documents with the government institution
- Manage and track the application submissions to ensure the on-time issuance of licenses
- Negotiate and mediate the licensing process with the local government
- Translation of legal documents from Bahasa Indonesia to English (standard draft of the translation will be provided)
- Update our clients on any progress/ delay in their cases (weekly basis)
- Develop and update a client’s related reports
- Handle and solve client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely manner
- Relevant experience in corporate secretary, business consulting or government relations
- Preferably having a degree in Law, Business/Management, Administration, Politics or equivalent
- Passionate in customer service or account management
- Good understanding in business regulation and permits
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is mandatory
- Experience in entrepreneurship, or setting up a company will be a major advantage
- Experience in serving overseas customers will be an advantage
- Willing to work on hybrid basis (mostly on-site)
