- Possess the product knowledge alongside knowledge of client's business.
- Driving direct sales process in order to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible in sales expansion, as well as introducing products or services to current and potential clients.
- Submit short and long term sales plans and strategies with marketing programs that are available.
- Deliver high quality customer service.
- Retain customer relationship with clients and inform clients of new products and services.
- Deliver information to respective sales representative when client have additional service needs.
This role is based in Jakarta, and we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a must, while fluency in English would be a plus. The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner. Other key requirements include:
- A minimum 2 years of work experience as sales executive or sales representative or sales specialist in the adhesive industry.
- Experience in adhesive tape would be a plus.
- Being able to foster long term relationships with clients.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a population.
