- Processing user requests for CAPEX, Customer Implementation, and OPEX purchases.
- Research goods and products carefully based on quality, price, and delivery terms. Get goods at more competitive prices.
- Prepare vendor comparison data and work within the budget.
- Maintaining long-term partnerships with effective and efficient contract management
- Ensure all payments are made on time
- Ensure all goods are delivered and arrive at their destination according to the agreed schedule
- Evaluate vendors based on business history and supply capability
- Able to perform well under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
- At least 2 years of experience working in data center or manufacturing industry
- Strong problem solving, time management, communication and presentation skills
- Expert in Ms Office especially Ms Excel
- Having knowledge of project process (Data Center project preferred)
- Have project management knowledge and IT-related skills
- Good knowledge of business modelling terminology
- Excellent English communication skill in both written and verbal is a MUST
