- Architecting and designing software application
- Create designs to improve the efficiency, availability, scalability, flexibility
- Act as a subject matter expert in one or more technical environments and technologies
- Select and design technology platforms to be resilient to changes in business rules, utilization loads, and/or technology environments
- Project planning and estimating effort for the different phases
- Coordinate with global Delivery team for execution and implementation
A successful candidate will have:
- Experience with design and development of scalable web services and platforms
- 7+ years of experience planning, architecting, designing, developing and delivering software; especially in financial services industry will be highly preferred
- Strong problem solving skills and a passion for debugging complex issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
- Mandarin speaking abilities (speaking/writing/listening; passive/active) will be highly preferred
- Experience with using Agile/Scrum methodology for software development
