- Minimum Diploma degree.
- 3 years of experience as QAQC in Manufacturing company.
- Able to speak Conversational Japanese and Business English.
- Well known in quality system six sigma, lean manufacturing.
- Experienced in handling audit ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC.
- Good knowledge in measurement using smalls tools (Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gage ,etc).
Tanggung Jawab
- Developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems.
- Making an inspection schedule for Incoming finish good and incoming raw materials, as well as making key performance indicators as a conformity report against the inspection target.
- Assists in the development product, review, and approval, including goals and objectives, work breakdown structure, detailed scope descriptions, detailed schedules, and budgets.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
- Maintains records and prepares reports NG product of results of inspections.
- Control ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and FSC documents, as well as carry out internal audits up to the annual surveillance audit.
- Carry out annual calibration and monthly verification and record calibration and verification results
- Produces relevant field quality inspection reports and provides quality metrics.
- Evaluates the validity and acceptability of inspection, examination, and sample testing results.
- Performs quality inspections on work currently performed or work that has been recently completed utilizing established checklists and other quality-related documents.
- Recommends updates/revisions to policies and procedures based on field observations where procedures may not be followed because they are unclear, incorrect, or non-existent.
- Inspects, tests, or measures materials, products or work for conformance to specifications.
- Identifies problems and provides recommendations for solutions and improvements and implements changes as approved.
- Identifies troublesome trends and develops plans designed to resolve problems and prevent reoccurrence.
- Update and maintain Development documentation as required for Quality Control, job progress, and buyer sign off.
- Other duties as assigned.
