Job Description:
Consistently delivers accurate and reliable output on specific tasks or workstreams, as part of the administration of the system, including system change administration.
- Delivers high quality support services, taking responsibility for advice given and treating support queries with urgency.
- Diligently updates input templates and system reports to ensure positive user experience.
- Delivers, to high standards, specific project and development work allocated in order to support the system development strategy.
- Applies expert technical system knowledge to ensure that all BPC Admin activities follow best practice
- Demonstrates a high capacity for operational delivery excellence, including an agile approach to analysis and problem-solving.
- Assists in the development and distribution of appropriate training and training materials to ensure effective use of the system within the organisation.
- Maintains and administrates across all (development, test and production) BPC systems.
- Collaborates with IT teams for defined tasks or projects
