- Control and monitor training plan and employee development.
- Support and involve in company event plan, arrangement related to employee engagement activities plan and execution such as consolidation meeting, tech talk, company picnic, retirement event, etc.
- Administration process of EDP, PMS and bootcamp projects.
- In relation with bootcamp, handling of sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods.
- Control onboarding process for employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HRD.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in handling development areas.
- Experience in recruitment, especially mass recruitment will be advantage.
- Good in administration skills.
- Proactive, initiative, fast learner, good analytical thinking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill with extensive English proficiency both written and oral.
