- Bachelor's degree from reputable universities
- 3+ years of experiences in leading sales for retail segment from tobacco, pharmaceutical, automotive, consumer goods or building materials industry
- Proven target achiever
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Extensive roles to develop market in Nusa Tenggara
- Willing to be placed at Lombok
- Achieving sales targets in the Lombok region
- Responsible for the overall sales performance of Lombok region
- Perform, present, and report sales duties
- Managed team of sales people to achieve sales goals
- Manage and gain collaboration with distributor to achieve goals
- Direct responsible to Regional Sales Manager position
- Ensuring the project handled gets the secure stage
- Maintain good relationship with business partners
- Carry out product education to the team of business partners & building shops
- Running events related to retail segment markets
- Carry out market Intelligence function & create competitor activity reports
