Responsibilities
- Conduct research on existing and emerging industries to identify insurance product and tech solution that can potentially be scaled
- Execute initiative and strategy together with Partnership Manager/VP of Partnership that rally the organization around the highest leverage growth priorities
- Assist Partnership Manager / VP of Partnership in creating partnership proposals, process flows, commercial offerings, and work together with Product, Engineering and Operations to come up with the execution and SLAs
- Responsible to analyze partner needs and goals, achieve target and growing business
- Maintain relationships and execute projects with business and insurance partners including agreement initiation & negotiation, resolving of complex issues and new strategic development with each partner together across teams and functions
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing partnership performances on a monthly basis together with Data team
- Collaborate with product, marketing, finance and operations teams to develop winning product proposition to the market, winning brand and marketing efforts as well as the best end customer and partner client experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Experience with acquiring partners and account management
- Project Management skills
- Adequate ability to write and speak in English Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong data driven skills
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment
- Having experience in insurance industry is preferrable
- Having major at Business/ Management / Marketing is preferable
