- Manage sales teams and optimize them to achieve company target revenue
Job Responsibilities
- Lead sales teams (Advertiser, Optimized/aftersales, Publisher/Influencer)
- Developing a comprehensive business strategy and overseeing its execution
- Establishing a pipeline of core business activities and ensuring that the pipeline is aligned with the company's revenue targets and business goals
- Assessing new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind
- Maintaining strong and prosperous working relationships with important clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with CEO, partners & publishers
- Identifying, exploring, and evaluating business opportunities, performing risk assessment, and mitigating potential risks
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in any majors related
・Have a minimum of 7 years of experiences in digital marketing and at least 3 years as a manager level
・Have excellent digital marketing skill
・Ms. Office literate (Excellent Excel skill)
・Excellent analytical thinking skill, leadership, interpersonal & communication skills
・Business English level skill
