Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resource. Also, responsible for the project management and successful execution of projects which will include the full Project lifecycle.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating a multiple person OTR matrix team including Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance and Services Clarify.
- Communicating expectations to project team members and stakeholders. Be the primary customer contact for the duration of each project
- Presenting to Senior Leadership on Project status, key risks, costs vs budget. Effectively lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Managing a network of internal and external resources in support of project execution.
- Developing and maintaining robust Project Plans that meet the customer and business objectives.
- Negotiating change orders with the customers. Responsible for project risk management processes and developing and implementing project controls processes and tools.
- Coordinating cross-functional, cross business global activities and drive project adherence,

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have proven 5 years of industrial experience and 3 years of Project delivery and execution experience in Oil and Gas Industry
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact with ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills with proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Have an understanding of basic financial concepts, Profit, Loss and Margin.
