Necessary Skill / Experience
・Min. Diploma or Bachelor's degree related to Textile or Fashion Design
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 3 years as R&D function (pattern, fashion design, woven & knitting)
・Experienced in fashion design and R&D to production timeline, standard equipment for textile product, fabric processing, and have a good network for material sourcing
・Deep understanding of garment process including washing
・Willing to work in Ungaran
・Smart, hardworking, good communication skill, good critical thinking skill, good leadership skill
