- Steer project activities such as design, vendor information, construction, equipment deliveries etc. for assigned projects
- Coordinate financial business case analysis to justify the spending necessity and payback
- Maintain ongoing communications with stakeholders regarding project timelines and progress to ensure needs & expectations are consistently meet and aligned, take risk control and change control
- Lead located factory project execution, including budget, schedule, scope and quality management
- Establish capacity and practical utilization analysis for spesific production lines with S&OP , develop and execute capacity expansion plan for those lines with capacity constraints
- Coordinate and develop organic capital project plan for factories and packages
- Constantly monitor performance of organic capital projects including schedule, scope of work, budget, and quality of execution, post-mortem review for completed projects
- Organize routine project financial and status report
- Coordinate financial business case analysis to justify the spending necessity and payback
- Coordinate capacity and practical utilization analysis for all factory production lines, support CAPEX capacity expansion plan for those lines with capacity constraints
- Support KHMS engineering section implementation for SEA factories
- Support the development of the 5-year strategic CAPEX master plan for SEA factories, align with the strategy for factories and packages, 4 factories with 20~40Mi$ investment scale.
