- Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate IFRS standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinating all audit activities within the organization
- Clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Improving current budgeting and forecasting process, analysing inefficiency and potential business risks
- Ensure the timely and accurate report deliverance
- Working closely with the operations manager and acting as finance advisor to bridge the gap between operations team and accounting team
- Involve as top reviewer in day to day management accounting, statutory accounting, forecasting and analysis, budget control process.

Ideally, I am looking a candidate with who have in-depth experienced of working for Finance/Accounting at Fin-Tech firms in Indonesia, strong knowledge of International Accounting Standard and has the ability to communicate in both Bahasa and English.
Other requirements include:
- At least 5 years of working management in technology-based companies: Fin-Tech and Banking with combined experience of Big4 Accounting Firm would be highly preferred.
- Exposure in handle end to end finance & accounting, taxation and managing team is ideal.
- Master degree, or MBA from a top tier business school are optional, but Bachelor's from related degree is a must.
- Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.
- Independent, self-starter, initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Excellent business process improvements, analytical skill and willingness to be hands-on, and work within tight deadlines.
