About the Company:
Our client is an Agritech startup backed by the top International VCs. They are on a mission to uplift the livelihood and income of million farmers in Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-define and co-prioritize the product strategy and roadmap with co-founders.
- Work with cross functional stakeholders to build a product, UI and UX team from scratch.
- Collect data, user feedback, and market research to construct the product roadmap and priorities relevant product features.
- Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about how to solve problems for both internal and external users
- Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for internal ID stakeholders across functions.
- Be data driven by defining success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work and the product
- Prior experience of working at a start-up or built and launched own product. Experience with offline to online start-ups or early stage startups would be an advantage
- Have conducted qualitative, quantitative user research and developed a product roadmap based on it.
- You like talking to users and are excited about working on problems of under-served community in Indonesia
- Have experience in early stage product roadmap development, launching fast and have demonstrated the ability to learn from failures
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
