1. Service Quality Communication Strategy.
- Design & Implement SQ Communication plan/year
- Produce CX Monthly Inclusive: 1.Treasures, 2.Treasure Private Client, 3.digibank, 4.All channels
- Produce CX Monthly Insights: all segment/product/services
- Produce CE Insights communication through CE Bytes, CE-Talk, CE-portal website, etc.
- Design & Implement Customer Communication plan/year
- Non-Digital
- Design & implement Customer Communication for product/services: 1. digibank, 2.Credit Card, 3.Personal Loan, 4.Cashline, 5.Bancassurance.
- Customer communication content review.
- Design & implement Customer Financial Literacy strategy.
- At least 5 years experience in banking of which at least 3 years are in Marketing or marketing Communication or Advertising
- Experience in marketing administrative work
