Job Description

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Team-up with the GM-Services/GM-Sales and each Account Manager (AM) in order to develop short and long term strategies for the big customers regarding an increase in TO with spares and services
  • Work together with Technical Service Engineers to obtain market information for Services related activity
  • Assist GM-Services in assessing the portfolio of technology knowledge of Technical Service Engineers in an annual basis
  • Monitor the OI for spares for all customers on a monthly basis
  • Monitor the Offer status for spares and services for all customers on a weekly basis together with Order Processing Manager, OPM-Services
  • Monitor and be responsible for the open invoices situation together with OPM-Services
