- Team-up with the GM-Services/GM-Sales and each Account Manager (AM) in order to develop short and long term strategies for the big customers regarding an increase in TO with spares and services
- Work together with Technical Service Engineers to obtain market information for Services related activity
- Assist GM-Services in assessing the portfolio of technology knowledge of Technical Service Engineers in an annual basis
- Monitor the OI for spares for all customers on a monthly basis
- Monitor the Offer status for spares and services for all customers on a weekly basis together with Order Processing Manager, OPM-Services
- Monitor and be responsible for the open invoices situation together with OPM-Services
The successful candidate:
- has proven portfolio in handling customers in the tobacco industry
- possesses excellent proficiency in English and local language that enables them in communicating effectively with customers and also headquarters.
- is willing to be placed in Surabaya (East Java)
