Growth Models and Growth Loops Management
- Building growth models for assigned scope, starting from qualitative growth model to quantitative growth model, deep diving into each existing growth loop and establishing new loops in the future.
- Discover growth opportunities by proactively exploring the product’s funnel conversion rates for different segments of users
Driving various initiatives (experiments, campaigns, product improvements) to improve and optimize growth loops, including but not limited to:
- Manage experiment backlog
- Write experiment designs
- Align initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Execute experiments via growth tools or propose product features to be experimented with minimum functionality
- Proactively review the experiment process with product analysts, engineering, marketing, research, and design and act on how to drive faster experimentation process
- Communicate the results of every growth initiatives and propose full product feature/tech automation/ops scaling for successful experiments
- Maintain timelines to iterate, build, or automate product feature/user treatment/ops based on experiment results

- A Bachelor’s / Masters or an equivalent degree
- Should be at least 3 years of experience, experience working within a high-growth technology company would be beneficial
- Strong project management skills to manage complex projects, and familiar with the tools (e.g. Trello, Favro, Jira). A creative design-thinking, problem-solving mindset and ability to manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in multiple analytic, database, and experimentation tools t(SQL, Clevertap, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Successful track record in planning, developing, and executing experimentation program with cross-functional stakeholders
- Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to interpret what’s happening and define & measure success on every experiments
