Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities
- Develop new accounts and maintains relationship with existing accounts from the manufacturing, food, hospitality, Health care and other key industries in Singapore.
- Pro- actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our company’s services
- Responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following procedure.
- Build referral and lead generation network and list
- Follow up on leads generated from website, networking sessions, trade fairs and other events/ contacts
- Working with Territory Manager on roll out for new installations
- Develop and implement strategies for new products and services
- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs
- Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
- Develop product sales to key accounts and implements sales strategies.
- Explores business opportunities to achieve sales targets for major market segments
- To co-ordinate and conduct sales presentations and demonstrations
- Be a constant source of market knowledge for new applications, customers’ activities, buying strategies, market research activities, competitive activities and pricing movements
- Account Management
- Increase company’s involvement with clients
- Manage company- and- client relationship together with the various division team leaders
- Networking
- Attend all social, industry and business networking events
- Coordinate marketing groups to identify marketing plans and strategies for launch events and campaigns.
- Financial Objectives
- Deliver quarter and annual sales budgets on or above plan
- Ensure profitability of new accounts sold
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 3 years’ of sales experience from the relevant industry; experience dealing with personal hygiene and safety products will be an advantage
- Experience managing end users or distributors directly
- Possess good business acumen or has a good track record in sales and/or marketing
- A results oriented self-driven person with high level of industry knowledge
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and one other Asian language
