purchase item at ease through the support from strong payment platform and
logistic.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage and direct the sales team activities and KPI
- In charge of sales team development and expansion, e.g. team recruitment, motivation, talent acquisition, etc.
- Fully understand our strategic goal, products and solutions, create sales business plan and roadmap, and develop sales channel system
- Maintain key clients relationship and visit clients/channels on a regular basis, identify clients’ need and offer suitable products and solutions, and quickly replicate successful cases to more potential clients
- Meet up organizational expectation by achieving sales KPI and finishing assignment on time
- Follow the latest trend of the industry, monitoring the latest development information of key clients and markets
- Collect latest market information and client feedback, provide effective recommendation to our products and solutions to improve our competitive advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
- Minimum 3 year experiences in sales development and 1 year sales team management experience , preferably in banking / fintech p2p / IT solution industry.
- Strong communication and management skills
- Self-driven, result-oriented, comfortable to work in a fast pace environment
- Entrepreneurship, open to new challenge
- Fluent in English both oral and written is a must.
- Willing to travel frequently for business purposes
