About the company:
Our client is an e-Commerce platform that enable user to
purchase item at ease through the support from strong payment platform and
logistic.

Job responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct the sales team activities and KPI
  • In charge of sales team development and expansion, e.g. team recruitment, motivation, talent acquisition, etc.
  • Fully understand our strategic goal, products and solutions, create sales business plan and roadmap, and develop sales channel system
  • Maintain key clients relationship and visit clients/channels on a regular basis, identify clients’ need and offer suitable products and solutions, and quickly replicate successful cases to more potential clients
  • Meet up organizational expectation by achieving sales KPI and finishing assignment on time
  • Follow the latest trend of the industry, monitoring the latest development information of key clients and markets
  • Collect latest market information and client feedback, provide effective recommendation to our products and solutions to improve our competitive advantage
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
  • Minimum 3 year experiences in sales development and 1 year sales team management experience , preferably in banking / fintech p2p / IT solution industry.
  • Strong communication and management skills
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, comfortable to work in a fast pace environment
  • Entrepreneurship, open to new challenge
  • Fluent in English both oral and written is a must.
  • Willing to travel frequently for business purposes
