Lead the development of efficient & effective procurement initiatives, services, programs and standards which support the project in achieving its strategic & operational goals.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1); graduate from supply chain management / logistics / economics / business administration / engineering is desirable.
- Minimum 8 years experiences as Procurement Department Head with experience in negotiating contracts for a wide range of categories & a strong track record in achieving results.
- Have good knowledge on project management, category management, warehouse & logistics, legal compliance, and tax regulation.
- Experience in smelter/power plant/construction project is a plus.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
