This newly created opportunity to be our Intern based in Jakarta, will play a critical role in supporting our Luxasia team focusing in Marketing department. Working with team on administrative, maintenance and projects to achieve immediate and long-term objectives of the organisation.
This role is within different function, that undertakes several strategic and high priority projects for the achieving the medium and long term objectives of the organisation. This is a high-paced role which entails working with brand managers, executives and the company leadership team on high priority engagements. This is an exciting opportunity amidst a critical time for Luxasia to turn the business around.
It is also a challenging role, requiring strong analytical and time management skills, as well as administrative, mathematical, communication skills - to work closely with external as well as internal within Luxasia.
Principal Accountabilities/ Scope:
- Be part of our team working on ongoing strategic projects and supporting our day-to-day execution of project work streams.
- Be supporting in identifying, aligning and maintaining the execution of each tasks
- Be responsible for preparing monthly reports.
- Support team on operational matters such as competitor and market visit, tester checker, promotional items, etc.
Experience:
- Expertise in excel and retail industry is a plus.
- Student in university
- New graduate is welcome

- Independent, high in initiative and good problem solving skill
- Demonstrate analytical skills and thorough in administerial matters
- Project management, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Has a “hands-on” approach to create value and manage projects.
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and skilled in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
- Strong problem solving and communications skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Able to commit at least 3 months for the internship.
