- Excellent with market research, consumers’ behavior and marketing techniques

- Assist in organizing product advertising, promotion and media activities.

- Conduct market studies and help create effective marketing programs.
- Responsible for making sure all development processes for the product that already agreed in the product roadmap can be delivered.
- Conduct competitor and industry analysis for identifying and proposing product improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate monthly budget plan and recommend cost-reduction initiatives.
- Address product related inquiries and questions from customers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide support and guidance to other staff in product management tasks.
- Perform measuring, analyzing and positioning of the product line.
- Identify product marketing ideas and opportunities based on industry trends, market landscape and competitive analysis and give valuable insight to all related stakeholders
- Conduct user research and product research to identify, analyze and translate customer needs and expectation gaps to the products
- Assist and collaborate with the Acquisition/Retention/Marketing team to design and execute a good product marketing strategy to market.
- Implement quarterly PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) in each work activity to ensure effectiveness of output quality of the product development process.
- Create Roll out plan for product/features
- Collaborate with other stakeholder (TechOps, Acquisition, Retention, CS, Finance) to make sure implementation/piloting process runs smoothly
- Collaborate with the UI/UX team to ensure the quality of the delivered product meets the good standard of design, user experience and features.
- Collaborate with UX team to dig deep about the experience, usage and needed from the user to get idea and insight about what needs to be improved
- Make sure collaboration between product, ux and tech team is smooth, efficient and effective during development process of the product/features
- Responsible for the continuous Design Sprint process of the product being developed
