Get to know the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to run a Marketing campaign. We believe a successful candidate has eagerness to always learn and know how to execute the campaign, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because we are currently expanding the business to Kalimantan and Rest of Indonesia. In return, you will get an opportunity to experience the market dynamics and how to tackle them in Grab.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
Execute, monitor and evaluate online and offline campaign / activities that team created
Help Marketing Lead to create campaign strategy
Create weekly Report of cities performance, evaluation campaign and next action item and reported to internal stakeholders
Monitor competitor movement in your cities (including competitor promo, branding, media placement and offline activities)
Select strategic area for branding which fit with budget allocation
Help Marketing Lead to Manage and Optimize budget of city to growth the demand
You are expected to track spending on timely manner
Regular catch up with the team to make everything align and on track
Create your own marketing tracker to monitor the activity running with agreed timeline
Be agile and has understanding in on ground that might be impact to way of work
The Must-Haves:
Bachelor or Associate degree from marketing or related field with minimum 1 years experience in marketing
Willing to stay in Balikpapan and has local insight of Kalimantan area
Experience in FMCG or Startup is a plus point
Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
Excellent in presentation, negotiation & communication skills
Good in written and spoken English & Bahasa
Proficient in Ms. Office and G-Suite and other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets movement
Experience and willing to work under pressure with tight timeline
The Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in presenting and collaboration
Discipline to execute the campaign with agreed timeline
