We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Guest Relation Manager to join our team at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, Bali, Indonesia.
The Guest Relation Manager reports directly to the Front Office Manager and is a key member of the hotel’s management team.
Key Responsibilities
Scope and purpose
Main focus on guest satisfactions. Direct, control and coordinate all Guest Relations and Boutique operations to provide efficient, prompt, proactive and courteous services.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience at the same role in 5* hotels
- 5 years of experience in premium branded Hotels
- Very good command in English both written and spoken
- Great understanding of Guest Relation, Concierge and Boutique
- Familiar with hotel management system: Opera, Macros, etc
- Intermediate to advanced Ms Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Other foreign language certification or education experience is a plus
- Own global perspective, hands-on, well-motivated, and attention to detail
- A great team player, diverse, and inclusive
