- upport VIP User
- Hardware analyst's, problem solving and maintenance, including but not limited to hardware repair, replacement and preventive maintenance.
- Rensposible for answering and solving technical question and technical request from user
- Software problem solving and maintenance, Re-Installation of OS and or Application with Assuring all installed software meet the standard defined by IT Division
- Prepare documentation, including regular report based on IT Division's policy
