Job Description

  • upport VIP User
  • Hardware analyst's, problem solving and maintenance, including but not limited to hardware repair, replacement and preventive maintenance.
  • Rensposible for answering and solving technical question and technical request from user
Create and documenting activity report, study case or product reference and its solution as part of knowledge management that can be used in the future * Analyze and give recommendation regarding recurring problems that occur. Act as mentor for junior colleagues and internal customer
  • Software problem solving and maintenance, Re-Installation of OS and or Application with Assuring all installed software meet the standard defined by IT Division
Preparation Replacement Unit, Setup Installation, Data Migration * Installation new software, remove existing software, update and or upgrade any software on part or all of Equipment
  • Prepare documentation, including regular report based on IT Division's policy
earn and improve technical knowledge and technical skill of the products/ solutions used by company [Not translated in selected language]
