· To change the lot/ count change with in standard time
· To change the materials as per production program
· To support the department, manage to achieved productivity & VAP in the department
Product Quality
· To achieve product quality as per ABY norms
· To segregate inferior quality material
· To maintain colour coding as per product
Manpower
· To maintain the discipline
· To monitors the working performance of each person
Product,Processing
To ensure that different product mix are processed as per colour code system laid down
Reporting the problem
To report any machine problem to the technical Manager
Workers Development
To ensure that workers trained
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Technical Textile.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the Spinning Company.
- Required Skill(s): Pre-Spinning Process (Blowroom, Carding, Drawing, Simplex), Spinning Process (Ring Frame), Post-Spinning Process (Winding, TFO, Cheese & Open-End) is a must
