This candidate (Reporting to CEO) should have :
– Minimum 10 years experience work in bank, especially in mortgage department
– Minimum working 2-3 different banks experiences (preferably one of this bank : Mandiri, – BTN, BCA, BNI, CIMB, Panin Bank, BRI)
– Have expertise to do research and experience in creating mortgage product
– Up to date with all regulation, central bank policy
– Have good knowledge about property industry
– Have good network with Mortgage Dept head in major banks.
