Job Responsibilities:
- Work together with multidisciplinary teams to produce successful outcomes.
- Utilize the Product cycle of Ideations , Experimentation, Iteration and Implementation
- Utilize the Growth Cycle of Analyzing, Discovering and Fixing problems
- Establish and maintain a prioritized workflow that includes context, decisions, deadlines, and an effort/impact assessment.
- Promote the brand's mission and turn it into a product/growth plan that is metric-driven.
- Facilitate regular scrum planning meetings to achieve progress, impact and alignment
- Using qualitative and quantitative testing techniques, confirm theories
- Combine and share lessons learned in a way that teams can understand.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth positions with a proven track record
- Familiar with effective organisational approaches needed to get things done in a collaborative, lean and fast-moving environment.
- Individual who is a proactive thinker and able to work under pressure
- Possess a solid communication skills in both English and Bahasa ( written and spoken)
